Use a dry or wet cloth to wipe off an spills. There is no need to use any cleaning spray. Its best to do this as soon as possible to avoid any stains which can be harder to clean later.
Which play mats are not waterproof?
Any playmat that doesn’t have a sealed surface may not be waterproof. Fabric play mats are often not waterproof. Mats that jigsaw, puzzle or connect together may be waterproof on the surface but if not clipped together correctly liquids can seep into the gaps.
