Delivery
Please note, we are currently only taking orders for delivery to UK mainland addresses only. Delivery costs are free.
All our deliveries are next working day. You need to order before 4pm for a next day delivery. Any orders made after 4pm on a Friday will be processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Deliveries are made by Parcel Force. You will receive an email when they are dispatched from our fulfilment centre (Ogden Fulfilment Ltd). On the email it will include a tracking reference number and a link where you can track your delivery.
Parcel Force deliveries are made Monday to Friday 7am to 5.30pm and Saturday 7am to 2pm. On the day of delivery, you’ll be given an estimated time slot and you can view on a map where your mat is by clicking the red My Parcel button.
Returns
- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Please contact us to get return instructions – please use the contact form.
- You will be responsible for all costs involved and arranging the return.
